Bugs and hassle in version 3.2

Bluetooth is broken after upgrade. Please fix!

Every time I start this version it asks me to grant permission for camera in order to do video calls - I DO NOT WANT VIDEO Calls, and settings ALWAYS OFFER VIDEO is off. It should not be asking this upon every fresh launch.

The second issue is worse: my lock screen has info so that if my phone is found somebody could contact me, however, if Zoiper is active in the background it will show a volume and arrows on the lock screen, thus blocking my info about "if phone is lost please contact....."

This is why I keep exiting the app (so my lock screen info is not hidden) and thus, the camera access issue comes up again upon the next launch.

The app is very reliable - best free that I have used, but the items noted here are a major irritation and why I have downgraded my rating score.
