It is May 2016 now and I still have not seen any fixes for the following problems that I listed over 2 years ago! 1. It doesnt stay registered and I miss many calls. 2. The audio will cut out on a call so I have to close and reopen the app. 3. The app is generally very unstable and unreliable. 4. No ability to use TCP over UDP for IAX. 5. The app will often times crash and not stay running in the background which also causes me to miss incoming calls. 6. Audio gets scrambled sounding, especially for the people Im talking to so I have to wait for about 10 seconds before I say anything else. This could be the best app of all with a little more work.

App works well, but for some reason it locks up the video function of the native camera app. Deleting the app fixes the problem.

Sometimes I wish That this app wouldnt exist at all, so I wont rely on such a high school app development. Two starts for an idea, but app runs horrible. Dont bother downloading

I hope they fix soon. Dont update! Audio problems... Always on speaker mode and more trouble...

After new update: Automatically speaker turns on then I cannot turn it off. On the top of that I can hear them but they dont hear me. Problem exists even though I reinstalled the app. It is great App but unfortunately right now it is useless. Please fix it. Thank you!

I thought that after the Jun 3 update, they would have fixed the problem. This program still doesnt ring when the iPhone is not being actively used. Im very disappointed. Why is this still a problem?

The Zoiper phone app works well and it allows me to make international calls. I appreciate the service. I also appreciate the fact that it only costs a little to pay for the phone card for the international calls. Thanks!!

Zoiper app doesnt ring when iphone is not active. This is a very confusing. From time to time you have to checking out Zioper app activation, If you are waiting some important call. The developer must to fix it.

Wont update nor download (sigh!)

This version works intermittently! The app goes on speaker phone mode even when I dont press the speakerphone button. When this happens the person on the other end cannot hear me. I would have to hang up and try again several times before it works properly. The previous versions worked fine. Please fix this asap!

I use this app for offsite help for the clinic I work for. The calls automatically go on speakerphone and it will not come off when I tap the speaker phone button, and no one can hear me on the other end. Please fix ASAP!

Developer here. Use the Zoiper app to connect to my Asterisk PBX sever. Excellent results. Simple to set up but all the necessary settings available a step away. Ive used it against multiple Asterisk installations with out issue.

Changes to speakerphone and no voice. Broken version

Dont know if its the app, or the server that handles the calls, but either way I havent been able to make a single phone call. Wasted my money

I needed a quick SIP soft phone app for my VoIP system. Zoiper did the trick quick and easy.
