Zoiper Lite voip soft phone App Reviews

I use this on all devices with asterisk.

The other two sip clients I have tried are ok.

When I use this app everyone says I sound far away from the phone from either headset or not. (Using Ipod 6th gen, IOS 10)

Why you dont use the new stuffs on iOS 10 to make calls like a normal phone calls and the contacts style ??

I am using it on my elastix server and I am very satisfied

Havent had a problem so far, takes a second or two sometimes to go into active mode but audio quality has been quite good

This is an outstanding app for iPhone!!!! To the best of my knowledge, it is the only app that allows you to have multiple lines appear on your cell phone! I rate the free version as 4 out of 5 !!

This app allows me to use my cell as my office line wherever I choose, both for outgoing and incoming calls. Sound quality is incredible. iPhone 6s on Verizon.

iOS 10 comments... Bluetooth is broken after upgrade. Please fix! --- Every time I start this version it asks me to grant permission for camera in order to do video calls - I DO NOT WANT VIDEO Calls, and settings ALWAYS OFFER VIDEO is off. It should not be asking this upon every fresh launch. The second issue is worse: my lock screen has info so that if my phone is found somebody could contact me, however, if Zoiper is active in the background it will show a volume and arrows on the lock screen, thus blocking my info about "if phone is lost please contact....." This is why I keep exiting the app (so my lock screen info is not hidden) and thus, the camera access issue comes up again upon the next launch. The app is very reliable - best free that I have used, but the items noted here are a major irritation and why I have downgraded my rating score.

Even though the app is open and running in the background, it does not ring through. It is as if it times out while waiting in the background for more than 30 minutes or so. There are about a dozen people in my place of work using this app and everyone is having the same problem.

Very easy to use. Very customizable. Also easy to configure new VoIP accounts thanks to qr-codes. And you can have multiple accounts configured. Great quality and free. Best free App on iPhone, and I tested many!

dont waste time, all the common codecs are hidden and ll offer you to buy- you will not be able to have any audio! developer needs to be more honest and declare features upfront and not waster users time! who know they may took my account infos! change your passwords after using this one!

Works well, Ive tested this app for the last Month and a Half and I have had no trouble .

Bluetooth still does not work with Zoiper. It is garbled and unusable. Tried all variations of audio settings (echo cancellation on-off, etc) with no change. Its a decent app in a field of bad iOS SIP clients, so maybe one day it will work again with a headset - just like the icon!
